SHIPPING POLICY

At UrbanRoyal, we are committed to delivering your style as quickly and safely as possible.

Order Processing
 * All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
 * Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
 * You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has dispatched.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
 * Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5–7 business days.
 * Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2–3 business days (if available at checkout).
 * Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages & Loss
Urbanroyal is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
