Return & Exchange Policy

At Urbanroyal, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a 7-day easy exchange and return policy.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible, your item must meet the following criteria:

• Requested within 7 days of receiving your order.

• In the same condition as received: unworn, unused, and with original tags.

• In its original packaging with the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return

To start the process, please contact us at return@urbanroyal.in.

• Approval: If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions.

• Unauthorized Returns: Items sent back to us without a prior request will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at return@urbanroyal.in so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

• Personalized or custom products.

• Personal care/beauty goods.

• Sale items and gift cards.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed automatically to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that your bank may require additional time to post the transaction.
